Refund Policy

If a refund is requested there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Snow Tubing Rules

  1. Everyone must be at least 3 1/2 years old and 40 inches tall to tube

  2. Only one person per tube at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS

  3. Everyone must have a dated ticket.

  4. No ski boots or sharp objects on the tube hill.

  5. Only two tubes at a time are permitted to go down each lane.

  6. Four Seasons tubes ONLY

  7. Tube in a safe manner

  8. Reckless tubers will lose their ticket. NO REFUNDS.

  9. We reserve the right to limit ticket sales.

Conveyor Safety Rules

Ski Lift Safety Rules

  1. All persons prior to attempting the use of any passenger tramway shall familiarize themselves with the safe use of the device.

  2. All persons shall remain in a passenger tramway while its service is interrupted until instructions are given or aid is provided by ski area operator.

  3. All persons shall board or disembark from passenger tramways only at points or areas so designated by the ski area operator.

  4. No objects or material shall be ejected by any person while a passenger on any passenger tramway.

  5. All persons while passengers on a passenger tramway shall use restraint devices in accordance with posted instructions.

  6. All persons while passengers on a passenger tramway shall wear retention straps or other devices to prevent runaway skis.

  7. No person shall interfere with the operation of any passenger tramway.

  8. No person shall place or cause to be placed on the uphill track of a surface lift any object which may interfere with the normal operation of the device.

  9. No person while a passenger on a passenger tramway shall wear loose scarves, clothing or accessories or expose long hair which may become entangled with any part or parts of the device.

 Online Order Fulfillment Policy

All ski tickets and tube tickets will be emailed upon purchase. Customers purchasing lesson programs will receive an email confirmation and we will add them to our ski school lesson group. Season passes can be picked up on the first day we open for the ski season.
